Greatly missed

Tomorrow 02-02-09 is the 1 year anniversary of the passing of Virginia Weeks (Marilyn's mother). This is a picture of Abby when she 1st met her in Indiana, Abby was 18 months old. I love this picture of the 2 of them. She is greatly missed......

Lovely trait that has been passed along

So, certain traits are passed down from generation to generation. One trait that some of the Kilby's have is a long tongue (ok keep your heads out of the gutter). My mother can touch her nose with her tongue & so can I (I am sure there are more family members that can do this too but, are still in the closet). Well I think I passed it along to Shelby. She has an amazing talent of picking up Cheerio's with her tongue & I am sure she can reach her nose!!! We are so proud........

Happy 3rd Birthday Abby!

We decorated her breakfast seat the night before her birthday.
I decided to be a little domestic a make her a cake for her (don't laugh, I don't cook alright?)
